Returns & Refunds
- If you would like to return your order please contact us by email at luxe.diaryy@gmail.com or on instagram at @luxe__diary and we will guide you through the returns process.
- Returns for all UK and international orders are free.
- If your item arrives damaged or the incorrect item is received, please send us an image of the issue and your order number and we will issue you a return label free of charge.
- If there are no issues with your order and you want to return it please send us your order number and we will issue you a return label free of charge. Please return items in their original condition and packaging.
- Once we have received your return parcel and reviewed it, we will issue you a refund to your original payment method.
- If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us and we will do our best to cancel it. If the order has already been sent out we won’t be able cancel it or issue a refund for the order, unless it is returned after delivery.
- If your item still hasn’t arrived after 28 days of ordering, please contact us and we will track down your parcel and work with you to come to a solution.
Tracking
All orders have a tracking number available. Please allow a few days after ordering for your tracking number to be added to your order. If you haven’t received the tracking number, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
