  • Shipping is available worldwide.
  • Our standard shipping rate for UK orders is Free and for international orders it is Free.
  • Standard shipping for UK orders usually takes 5-7 business days, but it can arrive before.
  • Standard shipping time for international orders varies depending on location, but it usually takes 5-7 business days. Shipping may take longer for smaller islands (Isle of Man, Balearic Islands, etc.)
  • Unfortunately we don’t offer an express shipping option.
  • Please allow 0-2 days processing.
  • In some cases, such as logistics delays, strikes and holiday seasons, it can take a little longer for your parcel to arrive.

Returns & Refunds

  • If you would like to return your order please contact us by email at luxe.diaryy@gmail.com or on instagram at @luxe__diary and we will guide you through the returns process.
  • Returns for all UK and international orders are free.
  • If your item arrives damaged or the incorrect item is received, please send us an image of the issue and your order number and we will issue you a return label free of charge.
  • If there are no issues with your order and you want to return it please send us your order number and we will issue you a return label free of charge. Please return items in their original condition and packaging.
  • Once we have received your return parcel and reviewed it, we will issue you a refund to your original payment method.
  • If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us and we will do our best to cancel it. If the order has already been sent out we won’t be able cancel it or issue a refund for the order, unless it is returned after delivery.
  • If your item still hasn’t arrived after 28 days of ordering, please contact us and we will track down your parcel and work with you to come to a solution.

Tracking

All orders have a tracking number available. Please allow a few days after ordering for your tracking number to be added to your order. If you haven’t received the tracking number, please contact us and we will be happy to help.
